These Terms of Service govern your use of the Shamrock & Roll Lawncare website and the services we provide. By requesting an estimate or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

All estimates provided by Shamrock & Roll Lawncare are free and carry no obligation. Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide and may be adjusted after an in-person review of your property. Final pricing is agreed upon before work begins.

Shamrock & Roll Lawncare provides lawn care, brush removal, property cleanup, fence-line clearing, seasonal cleanups, and custom outdoor projects. The specific services for your property will be discussed and agreed upon during the estimate process.

We make every effort to schedule work at a time that works for you. Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions. We will communicate with you promptly regarding any scheduling changes.

You agree to provide safe access to the areas where work will be performed. Please inform us of any hazards, underground utilities, pets, or other conditions we should be aware of on your property.
